We are looking for a proactive Marketing Generalist who can help us scale the marketing function at Premagic. This person will be an IC and will be a blend of field marketing and Product marketing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of strategic planning, execution, and fieldwork, and is comfortable representing the brand externally.
Organic Lead Generation (30%)
Execute content marketing and SEO strategies to drive inbound leads
Optimize website content and landing pages for conversion
Build and nurture our LinkedIn organic presence
Track and improve lead attribution across all channels
Event Research & Execution (30%)
Research and identify 24+ annual events where our target audience gathers
Coordinate event participation from pre-planning to post-event follow-up
Work with our field marketer to maximize event ROI
Create event assets, booth materials, and follow-up campaigns
Product Marketing (25%)
Translate product features into compelling value propositions for CMOs and event heads
Develop case studies, testimonials, and customer success stories
Create sales enablement materials (one-pagers, pitch decks, competitive battle cards)
Support the repositioning of Premagic from "photo gallery" to "enterprise platform"
Social Media & Community (15%)
Manage LinkedIn company page and engage with industry conversations
Create and schedule social content that resonates with event marketing professionals
Monitor industry trends and translate them into content opportunities
Build relationships with event industry influencers and communities
Month 3: You've audited current marketing efforts, identified quick wins, and shipped your first content pieces
Month 6: You're consistently generating qualified inbound leads and have executed 3-4 events successfully
Month 12: You've contributed meaningfully to the $1M revenue target through a steady flow of qualified leads and elevated brand positioning
Must-haves:
2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
Strong writing skills—you can write blog posts, LinkedIn posts, emails, and case studies that people actually want to read
Experience with content marketing and basic SEO principles
Event coordination experience (even if just managing your company's booth at a few events)
Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot/CRM, Canva, LinkedIn, Google Analytics
Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding—we'll give you context and direction, but you'll need to figure out execution
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in the events industry or marketing to event professionals
Understanding of the MEA market (especially UAE)
Basic design skills or ability to create simple visual content
Experience with product launches or repositioning efforts
Behavioral psychology or persuasion principles in marketing
