Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative
(SDR) to join our expanding sales team. The Senior SDR will play a pivotal role in driving
revenue growth by generating qualified leads and nurturing prospects within the event
technology sector. With your extensive experience in sales development, you will lead by
example, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing
teams to achieve our ambitious targets.
What does your typical day look like?
You will develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns to target event
organizers, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
Also Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach via emails,
phone calls, social media, and other channels.
You shall build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to
understand their pain points and business needs.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling messaging,
content, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Manage and update CRM systems to accurately track leads, activities, and pipeline metrics.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively
position our solutions and differentiate us in the marketplace.
Provide feedback to internal teams to continuously improve product offerings, sales processes,
and go-to-market strategies.
What makes a great fit?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
4+ years of experience in sales development or business development roles, preferably within
the event technology or SaaS industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value
propositions effectively.
Strong phone presence and should be comfortable making several calls during the day.
Quick Learner, Go-getter, Self Starter.
Exceptional prospecting and lead generation abilities, with a demonstrated understanding of
outbound sales techniques.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g Zoho) and sales automation tools.
Results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional
customer experiences.
