Who You Are:
You are an experienced and highly motivated Sales Account Manager. You have proven experience in the SaaS/Event- tech industry, a strong track record in B2B sales, and a passion for building long-lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing:
Account Management:
Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, building long-term, trust-based relationships.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored SaaS solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
Ensure contract renewals and upsell opportunities are maximized, contributing to overall account growth.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with both existing and new clients.
Collaborate with the sales team, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts and customer expectations.
Drive customer success through the entire sales lifecycle, from onboarding to post-sales support.
Market & Industry Analysis:
Use market insights to recommend innovative solutions that drive client success and product adoption.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports, including pipeline updates, forecasts, and achievement tracking.
Provide feedback to senior management on market conditions, customer feedback, and areas for product improvement.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, specifically within the SaaS/Event tech industry.
Proven success in managing enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of SaaS solutions, sales methodologies, and CRM tools (e.g.,Zoho, hubspot, etc.).
