The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving product adoption. Experience in the event industry will be a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Servicing role.
Experience in the event industry or event technology platforms is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
