We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (US)
to join our expanding sales team. The Senior SDR will play a pivotal role in driving revenue
growth by generating qualified leads and nurturing prospects within the event technology
sector.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns to target event organizers,
agencies, and industry stakeholders.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach via emails, phone
calls, social media, and other channels.
Develop and execute outbound strategies to generate leads via email, phone calls, and social
media.
Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company’s ideal customer profile.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling messaging,
content, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools. Track and report on key
metrics such as outreach, response rates, and conversions.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively
position our solutions and differentiate us in the marketplace.
Provide feedback to internal teams to continuously improve product offerings, sales processes,
and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3 to 6 years of experience in sales development or business development roles, preferably within
the international event technology or SaaS industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions
effectively.
Exceptional prospecting and lead generation abilities, with a demonstrated understanding of
outbound sales techniques.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and sales automation tools.
Results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional
customer experiences
